Welcome to The Bread Bible and I
Hello! And welcome to The Bread Bible and I, a blog about my trials and tribulations trying to learn to make great bread. I am known amongst my friends as a pretty good cook, but for some reason baking has escaped me. I have tried many times to get a sourdough starter going, and I have failed just as many times. This go-around, however, I mean it!
I have resently purchased the book, The Bread Bible, and it is my intentions to bake every recipe in it to learn how to bake properly. And boy are you in luck! I love blogging so I want to keep you all up on my journey to becoming a truely great bread maker.
